Member of RAA, IRW.  Have been senior State delegate from IRW (Integrated Reflexologists of Wisconsin) to RAA (Reflexology Association of America); American Reflexology Certification Board certified since 2004, which requires regular ongoing education. Completed workshops/classes in 2023 in Foundations of the Hara with Amelia Vogler, 2020 in Intuitive Reiki with Chantel C. Lucier, RLD (Reflexology Lymph Drainage) with Sally Kay, Chi Reflexology, Orthopedic Reflexology with  Spiros Dimitrakoulas, Moving the Energy with Lillian Tibshraeny-Morten, Four series of classes on Energy Medicine with Cyndi Dale, through The Shift Network,  classes with Andrew Harvey, Devi Tide.

I believe we all have blockages in our bodies and our beings. As a facilitator I try to help your body and being to heal itself and to return to homeostasis and to be centered.

I enjoy time with family, friends, gardening, meditation, healing, time in nature, interfaith worship, learning new things.
